What happens if we exceed our tier's capacity?
We'll tell you before you do. You either approve a prorated overage or we prioritize against the roadmap we agreed on. No surprise bills — transparency is the whole point of a subscription.
Can we upgrade or downgrade tiers?
Anytime, month to month. Growth is meant to be a path — most Starter clients upgrade within the first year as more of their back office lives with us.
Do we own the systems you build?
Yes. Everything we build lives in your accounts, on your stack, licensed to you. If the partnership ends, you keep all of it.
How do we off-ramp if it isn't working?
30 days' notice after the first 3 months. We do a proper handover — documentation, access, runbooks — so your systems keep running without us.
What if we already have an internal ops person?
Even better. We become force multipliers — they stay strategic, we handle implementation and day-to-day. Most of our strongest partnerships include an in-house ops lead.
Is this offshore or hourly labor?
Neither. We're a senior EU-based team, and we don't sell hours. You pay for managed outcomes — the back-office area is handled, systems get better every month, timesheets don't enter the conversation.
Can we start with just an audit?
Yes. The audit is a €3,000 standalone deliverable — a full map of where your ops are losing time and what's worth fixing first. Fully credited toward any tier if you decide to partner.
