Off-the-shelf CRMs were built for a sales team. Not for plumbing & heating.

The service-due list is a spreadsheet nobody opens until it’s too late — every missed boiler service is a customer quietly drifting to the next firm.

Quotes get texted from the van, then forgotten. No follow-up, no record — the €3,400 bathroom job goes to whoever rang back first.

Which engineer is where, with which parts on board? The answer is three phone calls, while the emergency caller listens to the hold music.

Gas certificates live in a filing box. A landlord asks about a CP12 and it’s an hour of digging — or worse, it lapsed last month.

See it from the inside

What your CRM would look like — screen by screen.

Not stock screenshots — this is the shape of the system we’d build for plumbing & heating: your records, your stages, your words. Click through the screens.

The owner’s morning screen — today’s callouts, who’s in which van, boiler services falling due, and what got invoiced while the kettle boiled.

A real starting point

Here’s the analysis we’d start from — for plumbing & heating.

Not a template. This is the data model, pipeline and automations a business like yours actually runs on — mapped in your words. Your free analysis produces exactly this, shaped to you.

Your system, mapped

Your pipeline, exactly as your CRM would show it — your stages, your words. This is what we build from.

Questions plumbing & heating ask us

Can it handle gas certificates and talk to our accounting package?
Yes. Every CP12 is recorded against the property with its expiry on a clock, and landlords get chased automatically before it lapses. Invoices flow out to your accounting package — anything with an export or API can plug in.
Our engineers aren’t desk people — will they actually use it?
They never see a desk. The job sheet lands on their phone with the address, the boiler’s history and the parts list; they tap done, photos attach, and the invoice raises itself. If they can use WhatsApp, they can use this.
How long until we’re live?
A working prototype in about a week for €500. The full build usually lands in three to six weeks, depending on how many vans, plans and integrations are in scope.
Who owns the system and the data?
You do — entirely. It’s your system, hosted for you, and you can export everything at any time. No per-seat lock-in.
