CRM for electricians

A CRM built for electrical contractors

Callouts, quoted jobs, certificates and invoices on one board — EICR retests chase themselves, and nobody prices a rewire from the van at 9pm.

Retests

Off-the-shelf CRMs were built for a sales team. Not for electricians.

Quotes get priced in the van and sent from the phone at 9pm — the slow ones go cold, and the week’s best job goes to whoever replied first.

EICR expiry dates live in a drawer of paper certificates. Nobody calls the landlord at 60 days, so the retest — and the remedial work behind it — goes to another firm.

Reactive callouts and booked jobs fight over the same diary. A double-booked morning costs an apology, a wasted drive, or both.

The job’s done but the invoice waits for Sunday paperwork night — cash sits in other people’s accounts while the materials sit on your card.

See it from the inside

What your CRM would look like — screen by screen.

Not stock screenshots — this is the shape of the system we’d build for electricians: your records, your stages, your words. Click through the screens.

The 7am screen — today’s jobs and callouts, quotes waiting on a yes, EICRs coming due — before the first van door slams.

A real starting point

Here’s the analysis we’d start from — for electricians.

Not a template. This is the data model, pipeline and automations a business like yours actually runs on — mapped in your words. Your free analysis produces exactly this, shaped to you.

Your system, mapped

Your pipeline, exactly as your CRM would show it — your stages, your words. This is what we build from.

  • Quote follow-upnudges silent quotes after three days
  • Invoice on completionraised with a pay-by-card link the moment the job closes
  • On-the-way textsa 30-minute heads-up so someone’s home to open the door

What this replaces — where it hurts today

Questions electricians ask us

Does it work with our certification app — NICEIC, NAPIT, Certsapp?
Yes — we build around what you already test with. The signed certificate attaches to the job, the expiry date feeds the reminder engine, and anything with an export or API can flow in automatically.
We’re two electricians and an apprentice — isn’t this overkill?
No — it’s sized to you. Small firms lose the most to missed retests and quotes that go cold, precisely because there’s no office to catch them. The system is the office, minus the salary.
How long until we’re live?
A working prototype in about a week for €500. The full build usually lands in three to six weeks, depending on integrations and how many engineers are on the road.
Who owns the system and the data?
You do — entirely. It’s your system, hosted for you, and you can export everything at any time. No per-seat lock-in.
