A CRM built for print & signage shops
Jobs, proofs, production and deliveries in one place — approvals chase themselves, and the press schedule stops living on a whiteboard.

- that chase themselves
- Proofs
Off-the-shelf CRMs were built for a sales team. Not for print & signage.
Proofs sit in inboxes for days while the press stands ready — and every unsigned proof is a job you can’t print, ship or invoice.
The production schedule is a whiteboard only one person can read. When a rush job lands, the whole week gets re-juggled from memory.
The quote lives in one inbox, the artwork in another, the PO in a third — and re-typing between them is exactly where a typo sneaks into a 5,000-run print.
Nobody tells the client the job has shipped or the fitter is due — so the phone rings here instead, and the front desk loses the afternoon to status calls.
See it from the inside
What your CRM would look like — screen by screen.
Not stock screenshots — this is the shape of the system we’d build for print & signage: your records, your stages, your words. Click through the screens.
The owner’s morning screen — proofs waiting on clients, what’s on press, deliveries going out — and what the automations already chased before 8am.
A real starting point
Here’s the analysis we’d start from — for print & signage.
Not a template. This is the data model, pipeline and automations a business like yours actually runs on — mapped in your words. Your free analysis produces exactly this, shaped to you.
Your system, mapped
Your pipeline, exactly as your CRM would show it — your stages, your words. This is what we build from.
What it tracks
Where customers reach you
Connects to
Busywork the system takes over
- Proof chaser — nudges the client at 48h and 96h until the proof is signed
- Approval to press — a signed proof books the job onto the press schedule itself
- Dispatch notices — texts tracking or the fitter’s ETA the moment a job leaves
- Reorder nudge — offers a reprint when menus, cards or leaflets are due to run out
What this replaces — where it hurts today
- Proofs stuck in inboxes
- Whiteboard press schedule
- Status calls all afternoon

Questions print & signage ask us
- Does it work with our design tools and RIP software?
- Yes — artwork stays in the tools your studio already uses. The CRM tracks the versions, specs, sign-offs and press slots around them, and anything with an export or API can feed the one board everyone works from.
- Can clients approve proofs without logging into anything?
- Yes. They get a link, see the proof, and approve or request amends in one tap — no account, no portal password. Every version and sign-off is stamped on the job, so “I never approved that” conversations end.
- How long until we’re live?
- A working prototype in about a week for €500. The full build usually lands in three to six weeks, depending on how many presses, processes and integrations are in scope.
- Who owns the system and the data?
- You do — entirely. It’s your system, hosted for you, and you can export everything at any time. No per-seat lock-in.
