A CRM built for nail & beauty salons

Clients, technicians, deposits and patch tests in one place — rebookings ask for themselves, and no-shows pay their deposit either way.

Rebookings

Off-the-shelf CRMs were built for a sales team. Not for nail & beauty salons.

A 2pm no-show is an hour a technician sits idle — and with no deposit taken, that hour is simply gone.

Rebooking depends on whoever’s at the desk remembering to ask. Skip the question and a 4-weekly regular quietly becomes an 8-weekly one — half the revenue for the same client.

Patch tests live in a ring binder. One missed expiry is a reaction, a refund, and the kind of review that follows a salon around.

Jess is booked out three weeks while Amber has gaps every day — but the diary can’t tell you that, so the answer is always “we’ll squeeze you in somehow”.

See it from the inside

What your CRM would look like — screen by screen.

Not stock screenshots — this is the shape of the system we’d build for nail & beauty salons: your records, your stages, your words. Click through the screens.

The owner’s morning screen — today’s chairs, who still needs a patch test, and the rebooking nudges that went out before you’d had coffee.

A real starting point

Here’s the analysis we’d start from — for nail & beauty salons.

Not a template. This is the data model, pipeline and automations a business like yours actually runs on — mapped in your words. Your free analysis produces exactly this, shaped to you.

Your system, mapped

Your pipeline, exactly as your CRM would show it — your stages, your words. This is what we build from.

Questions nail & beauty salons ask us

Can clients book from Instagram and pay a deposit up front?
Yes — a booking link in your bio takes the slot, charges the deposit through Stripe and lands the appointment in the right technician’s column. No DM ping-pong, no “can you do Thursday?” at 11pm.
What about patch tests — can it actually stop a risky booking?
Yes. Lash and tint bookings check for a valid patch test automatically; if it’s missing or expired the booking is held and a test appointment is offered instead. The ring binder retires.
How long until we’re live?
A working prototype in about a week for €500. The full build usually lands in three to five weeks, depending on how many technicians and integrations are in scope.
Who owns the system and the client data?
You do — entirely. It’s your system, hosted for you, and you can export everything at any time. No per-seat lock-in.
