CRM for driving schools

A CRM built for driving schools

Students, lessons, instructors and test dates in one place — reminders confirm the diary by themselves, and blocks top up before they run dry.

Blocks

Off-the-shelf CRMs were built for a sales team. Not for driving schools.

The diary lives in nine instructors’ phones. One double-booked car and two students are standing on the kerb — one of them won’t come back.

Nobody notices a student is on lesson 11 of a 10-lesson block until the spreadsheet gets reconciled — those hours are simply given away.

Reminders go out by hand, if at all. Every no-show is an hour of instructor and car you’ve already paid for.

Test dates sneak up. A student walks into a practical without a mock, fails, and the retest queue eats three months of momentum.

See it from the inside

What your CRM would look like — screen by screen.

Not stock screenshots — this is the shape of the system we’d build for driving schools: your records, your stages, your words. Click through the screens.

The owner’s morning screen — today’s lessons, the tests coming up, blocks running low — and what the reminders already handled overnight.

A real starting point

Here’s the analysis we’d start from — for driving schools.

Not a template. This is the data model, pipeline and automations a business like yours actually runs on — mapped in your words. Your free analysis produces exactly this, shaped to you.

Your system, mapped

Your pipeline, exactly as your CRM would show it — your stages, your words. This is what we build from.

Questions driving schools ask us

Do lessons sync with our instructors’ own calendars?
Yes — two-way. A lesson booked in the CRM lands in the instructor’s Google or Apple calendar, and a slot they block out disappears from yours. Test dates sit on the student record next to it, so the diary and the countdown never disagree.
Our instructors are self-employed — will they actually use it?
They barely have to. Each one gets a morning day sheet by text — pickups, cars, routes — and confirmations come back with one tap. You decide what they see: their own diary and students by default, never each other’s.
How long until we’re live?
A working prototype in about a week for €500. The full build usually lands in three to six weeks, depending on how many instructors, cars and integrations are in scope.
Who owns the system and the data?
You do — entirely. It’s your system, hosted for you, and you can export everything at any time. No per-seat lock-in.
