CRM for florists

A CRM built for florists

Orders, arrangements, delivery rounds and events in one place — occasions remind themselves, standing contracts reorder on their own, and every stem is accounted for before the market run.

Occasions

Off-the-shelf CRMs were built for a sales team. Not for florists.

Occasions live in last year’s order book — so the man who bought his wife lilies every anniversary gets an email from the supermarket instead, and the reorder walks.

The delivery round is planned on a Post-it each morning. One missed slot and a funeral tribute arrives after the service — the kind of mistake a florist doesn’t get to make twice.

Wedding deposits get lost in the romance of saying yes, so a June Saturday sits held for months and then the couple books elsewhere.

Standing corporate contracts run on goodwill and memory. When a hotel pauses over Christmas and nobody tells the studio, you cut and waste a full week of stems.

See it from the inside

What your CRM would look like — screen by screen.

Not stock screenshots — this is the shape of the system we’d build for florists: your records, your stages, your words. Click through the screens.

The owner’s morning screen — today’s orders, what’s out on the round, weddings coming up — and what the studio’s robots already did before the kettle boiled.

A real starting point

Here’s the analysis we’d start from — for florists.

Not a template. This is the data model, pipeline and automations a business like yours actually runs on — mapped in your words. Your free analysis produces exactly this, shaped to you.

Your system, mapped

Your pipeline, exactly as your CRM would show it — your stages, your words. This is what we build from.

Busywork the system takes over

  • Occasion reminderstexts a customer before the birthday or anniversary they ordered for last year
  • Delivery confirmationsphoto and message to the sender the moment the bouquet is delivered
  • Standing-order runseach corporate contract rolls into next week’s order and delivery round on its own
  • Deposit & balance chasingholds the date, chases the deposit, then asks for the balance before the event

What this replaces — where it hurts today

  • Occasions kept in last year’s order book
  • Delivery round planned on a Post-it
  • Wedding deposits chased late

Questions florists ask us

Can it take our website orders and card payments?
Yes — we build around what you already use. Website and Instagram orders drop straight onto the board with the delivery slot and card payment attached, and anything with an export or API feeds your accounting package so month-end is a download, not a retype.
What happens when a delivery can’t be made?
The round is planned for you and the sender gets a photo the moment a bouquet lands. If a drop fails — nobody home, wrong address — it flags on the board straight away for a redelivery, rather than being discovered when the complaint comes in.
How long until we’re live?
A working prototype in about a week for €500. The full build usually lands in three to six weeks, depending on how many delivery rounds, contracts and integrations are in scope.
Who owns the system and the data?
You do — entirely. It’s your system, hosted for you, and you can export everything at any time. No per-seat lock-in.
